Good morning. We have come a long way from the great silent resignation in 2022 to layoff blood bath this year. Tech layoffs in 2023 are already one-third of last year’s number (97,171) and it’s only January. The new year hasn’t been kind and as on today in 2023, 219 tech companies have laid off a total of 68149 employees. Important aspect is to focus on coming together, re-skilling and up-skilling ourself. This will help us stay updated, informed and to find new opportunities in the market.
